Frequently Asked Questions
Safety, scheduling, pricing, pets, and more.
Call before midday and we can usually get someone to you the same day. Wasps and rodents get priority because they escalate fastest. If we can't make same-day, we'll say so on the phone rather than book you in and leave you waiting.
You'll get a fixed price before anything starts. It depends on the pest, the size of the property and how far it's spread, so we quote on the phone once we know what you're dealing with. No call-out fee, and nothing added afterwards.
Yes. Products are applied by qualified technicians and used strictly to label. You'll be told if you need to stay out of a treated room and for how long — usually an hour or two. Mention pets, fish tanks, chickens or anyone with asthma when you book.
Treatments carry a 30-day guarantee. If activity returns within that period, the technician comes back at no extra charge, provided the prevention steps agreed on the day have been followed.
We cover Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. If you're just outside, give us your postcode anyway — we can often still help, or point you to someone who can.
Vehicles are unmarked and technicians arrive in plain clothing. Nothing on the van says pest control. This matters most on bed bug work, but it applies to every job.
Yes. Scheduled contracts with service reports, bait station logs and site plans — the pack Environmental Health and your auditor will ask for. One-off commercial visits are available too, without a contract.
