Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22.06.2026

This policy explains what we do with your personal information when you contact us, request a quote, or use this website. We are Key Team Ltd, trading as Phoenix Pest Control.

Who we are

Key Team Ltd is the data controller for the information described in this policy.

Questions about this policy or about your data should go to Daniel Humphreys at the email address above.

What we collect

When you contact us or request a quote: your name, telephone number, email address, the address of the property concerned, and whatever you tell us about the problem you are having.

When you telephone us: your number and a note of what was discussed. We do not record calls.

When you message us on WhatsApp: your number, your messages, and any photographs you send us. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy terms apply to the transmission of those messages.

When you use this website: information collected by cookies and similar technologies, covered in the cookies section below.

We do not ask for special category data. If you tell us about a health condition — an allergy to stings, asthma, a pregnancy — because it affects how a treatment should be carried out, we record only what is necessary to carry out the work safely, and we rely on your explicit consent to do so.

Who we share it with

Pest control technicians. To arrange a visit we pass your name, address, contact number and a description of the problem to the technician attending. They act as a separate data controller for the work they carry out.

Service providers. Our website host, email provider, and the software we use to manage bookings and send messages. They act on our instructions and are bound by contract.

Professional advisers and authorities. Accountants, insurers, or a regulator where we are required to disclose information by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where your data is held

Our records are held in the UK and the European Economic Area. Some of our suppliers process data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.
