Low-impact
Baits, traps and proofing rather than sprays. HSE-approved products used sparingly and only where needed. Best for light activity and households that would rather keep chemicals to a minimum.

Precautions
Safe around pets once dry. Ventilate the room for an hour or two.
Typical timeline:
One or two visits, follow-up check after a fortnight.
Standart
The usual route for established infestations. Targeted residual treatment plus proofing, with rodenticides used under CRRU guidelines where rodents are involved.
Suitable for:
Rats, wasp nests, established infestations.
Precautions
Keep pets and children out of treated rooms until dry.
Typical timeline:
Usually one visit, with a return check included.
Sensitive property
For homes with babies, asthma, fish tanks, or food businesses under audit. Heat treatment and physical controls where possible, full documentation for EHO inspections.
